The Creative Cauldron - Somatic Circle

Opening with a group circle to land together in the moment, moving, sounding, stretching, coming into our bodies and connection. Free space to write, paint, move relax; chill corner with cushions and blankets; break out space for one to one therapies including Somatic Experiencing and/or Reiki - more details on above on the services page.

Westmeston Parish Hall is nestled at the foot of the downs on the north side between Ditchling and Plumpton village, it is surrounded by nature and so feels very held by the hills and green space around. If the weather is favourable we can move into the outdoor space around the hall to connect more with nature. Perfect location for nurture, restoration and reflection.

This format allows for offering low cost therapy treatments, normally fifty pounds per session. Suggested donation twenty pounds per treatment with ten pound deposit.
